Grouper Cutlets


Wash Grouper and dry thoroughly. Cut in thin lengthwise slices. Season with hot pepper and salt and squeeze lime juice over; set aside for 30 minutes. Heat ½ pan of cooking oil in frying pan. Dip each piece of Grouper in egg and then cracker meal. Put in hot oil and fry until golden brown. Melt butter and add lime juice; pour it over the cutlets before serving.
